Geoff is a senior strategy professional with 18+ years experience developing strategies for multinational financial services providers, challenger banks and fintechs. As Ethos’ Chief Strategy Officer, he is responsible for setting group-wide strategy, driving our international growth efforts, and leading key strategic projects for the group.

Prior to Ethos, he held senior positions at Barclays, First Abu Dhabi Bank and Oliver Wyman. At First Abu Dhabi Bank and Barclays he led internal strategy, customer and analytics functions. As a strategy consultant at Oliver Wyman he advised major banks, private equity and governments across Europe, Middle East and Africa. His domain expertise includes strategy development, business and customer analytics, M&A and Due Diligence.
